Preparation for Registration (the 4th Step: Checklist before departure)
Tuition Payment
The tuition fees and due date of payment will be listed on the Debit Note (can be download from OAS). Admitted students must complete the payment and upload the proof of payment before the payment due date as specified in the Debit Note.
Students who pay late or fail to submit proof of payment before the due date as specified on the Debit Note will be treated as automatically give up their admission qualification. The place will not be reserved.

Admission Confirmation
Admitted students must login to OAS to complete the confirmation procedures, including verifying identity and contact information, confirming admission and enrollment, confirming acceptance of scholarships, uploading personal photo and proof of payment. For details, please refer to the Guidelines for Online Confirmation Procedures for Admission.
Processing PRC Exit-Entry Permit for Hong Kong and Macao and Macao Endorsements (Stay D) (applicable to Mainland students)
After receiving the acceptance documents mailed by the University, mainland students should apply for PRC Exit-Entry Permit and Endorsement “D” to enter Macao at any Public Security Bureau, with the original Acceptance Letter and required supporting documents to complete the application. Online Registration and Appointment for In-person Registration
Starting from late July, complete the online registration on the student portal/WeMust as instructed, including submitting relevant documents.

Students must make appointment for in-person registration.
Non-local students should also make appointment for health examination.
Health Examination
Local students: students should visit local hospital or health center in Macao to complete the health examination on or after May 1, 2025. The completed Health Examination Report need to be submitted at Online Registration in late July, and the original copy should be submitted at in-person registration in August.
Non-local students: after arriving in Macao, students need to attend the health examination at the University Hospital at the appointed time and present the vaccination records.
