In-person Registration (the 5th Step: Procedures on Arrival Day)

  1. In-person Registration

    • In late August, students need to attend the University in person to complete the in-person registration procedures according to your online appointment date. Bring registration documents (such as identity documents, academic certification documents, PRC Exit-Entry Permit and Endorsement “D”) for verification of originals. For details, please refer to the Information about In-Person Registration and Notes and Procedures for In-person Registration on WeMust-Registration.

  2. Dormitory Check-in

    • Non-local students are required to reside in the University’s dormitories (costs included in tuition fees), and must apply for stay permit.

  3. Collect Textbooks

    • Students should collect textbooks during the in-person registration (costs included in tuition fees).

  4. Course Enrollment

    • The courses for the first semester are arranged by the University. Students need to confirm the courses within the designated period (normally from late August to early September). For course enrollment procedures, please refer to New Student Handbook on OAS.

  5. Opening Ceremony and Activities
